Make it at Home: Grilled Swordfish Cool Vermicelli Salad with Chili Lime Mint Sauce, from Pho Republique

Here’s another great dish from Pho Republique that you can try at home!
The Bún Salad is a traditional Vietnamese food and is known for its distinctive and delicate flavor and texture. Bún is also known as vermicelli, or rice noodles, and in this case the noodles are cooked soft and compliment the cuisine by adding another dimension to the dish. Chef Sreesuvan from Pho Republique has taken the dish from smoky-street-side vendors in Vietnam across the Mekong River, combining a Thai Swordfish steak grilled over bún salad, topped with peanut, and a side of invigorating chili lime mint sauce for the finishing touch.
The Grilled Swordfish with Vermicelli Chili Lime Mint Sauce can be enjoyed this summer at Pho Republique, 7 days a week from 5:30pm-12:00am Sunday-Tuesday, and from 5:30pm-12:30 Wednesday through Saturday, but here’s your chance to try it at home for yourself!
